*Professional Caterer: You may hire any professional caterer or food truck. When using a caterer, you may also bring in any additional foods having them coming from a professional kitchen is a m
ust. For Example, Dan’s, Costco, Sam’s, Walmart, Dan’s etc. Food cannot come from a home kitchen.
*Professional Catering: When using any professional Catering company, if wanting alcohol at your event, Harvest Catering & Events is the exclusive bar to be used at Signature Events. There is a $50 fare to have Harvest Catering & Events come on-site. No outside alcohol is allowed. Bar’s Last call is at 11:30pm.
*Self-Catering: You may bring in 100% of your own food from any source. When using this option, you may bring in your own alcohol. Alcohol can NOT be sold in any way. The client is held responsible for serving responsibly and following the ND alcohol rules. Signature Events will not tolerate underage drinking and may appear anytime at your event and if wrongdoing is found action will be taken. Alcohol availability ends at 11:30pm.
* Option 1: Tables Set with White Plate, Goblet, Fork, Butter Knife, and White Disposable Napkin. Table Busser also comes with this option. -$3.00 per person.
*Option 2: White Plate, Goblet, Fork, and Butter Knife. The client is responsible for setting out and bussing dishes to the kitchen. -$1.50 per person
This package is for the client that needs help with employee and client appreciation events, Christmas parties, and employee summits. REMEMBER: Appreciated employees are great employees, which create happy clients, which creates happy referrals, which creates more revenue for your business!! Price starting at 275.00
Friends and Family
This package is for the individual or group that would like to entertain and enjoy the event with friends and family and leave the details and execution to me. This package is great for but not limited to, wine clubs, graduations, holiday parties, family reunions, and high school reunions. Price starting at 100.00.
Day of Coordinator
This package is for the Bride/Groom who have done all the hard work but need Signature Events to put it into action on their special day. This enables the Bride/Groom and their families to be able enjoy the day. Price starting at 975.00
The Wedding Planner
This package is for the Bride/Groom who is newly engaged and do not know were to start. With this package I will find the venues (ceremony and reception), decorator, caterer, Dj, photographer, photo booth that fits your date, budget, and vision. I will also give you a “plan of attack” for the rest of your planning. This will take all the stress away knowing the “big” items are taken care of. The “Day of Coordinating” package also comes with this package. Price starting at 1500.00.
